Movement Workshop at Strike It Up Artistic Center

I had a lot of fun teaching a movement workshop at Strike It Up Artistic Center this July. The students of Strike-It-Up's theatre camp explored the ways we can create a character using our bodies.

Teaching these one-off workshops can be tricky, as I always want to share way more information than I can possibly fit in an hour or two, but I always try to leave the students with something that they can keep playing with and expanding on their own as they continue their training.
